Along with positive affirmations, writing a love letter to yourself allows you to feed yourself positive thoughts from the most important person in your life, YOU.

Me Time

Me time is essential during your self-love journey. Most times in life we get so carried away with our "everyday" routine that we simply forget to take time out for ourselves. This time shared with yourself allow you to learn you, self-reflect and discover more reasons why you're unique.

Me time = Love time.

Day 1: Thank Yourself

I decided to make the first day of #GratitudeWeek a day to thank yourself because often times we get consumed with showing others love, we forget ourselves.

Day 2: Thank an Influential Family Member

I just wanted to take this little segment out to personally thank my phenomenal parents. I could write forever and a day about how great they are. Shout out to the Easley's Don't they look bomb too?! I love y'all so much and thank y'all for everything.

Day 3: Thank a Friend

I just wanted to give a special thanks to all my readers! Thank y'all for supporting me and tuning in every week to see what new shenanigans I have to say. I really appreciate every single one of you!

Day 4: Thank God

Though I make it a point to give thanks to God every day, I realized it wouldn't have been appropriate to not have a day during #GratitudeWeek dedicated to thanking God. God has truly done so much for me, and eventually, I'll be giving my full testimony on here. But until then, just know God is so good. All the time.

Day 5: Thanking Your Children, or Spouse

Take this day to thank your children (if you have some) or spouse (if you have one) or both! It is imperative to spread thanks to everyone in your life! Yes, even your children. Appreciate everything in your life.
